ATLANTA, December 29, 2020 – Bird Loechl McCants & Holliday (BLM&H) represented Rochester, N.Y.-based Alliance Precision Plastics, Inc. in the divestiture of its Mexico manufacturing operations to Revere Plastics Systems headquartered in Novi, MN. Alliance Precision Plastics is a leading manufacturer of injection molding products for companies throughout North America and around the world with two facilities remaining in Rochester, N.Y. and one facility in Springdale, N.C.

BLM&H corporate and securities attorneys led the firm’s deal team and advised Alliance Precision Plastics on all aspects of the divestiture, including structuring the transaction and financing, employment and tax matters. BLM&H worked closely with Ortiz Leos y Cía, S.C., Alliance Precision Plastic’s counsel in Mexico.

“BLM&H is our ‘go-to’ law firm when we need experienced M&A counsel that can quickly pull together a deal team and help us negotiate and close a transaction.
