ATLANTA, May 6, 2021 – Bird Loechl McCants & Holliday (BLM&H) represented American West Investment Corporation (AWIC) in connection with the lease of a 95-acre tract of property adjacent to the Lodge at Walnut Grove, a luxury private retreat located in Ellijay, Georgia. The 95-acre tract will be used by guests of the retreat to hunt, fish, and engage in other outdoor recreational activities over a range of mountains, valleys and streams in one of the most scenic areas of north Georgia.
