ATLANTA, December 13, 2022 – Bird Loechl McCants & Holliday (BLM&H) advised Core Roofing Systems, LLC on its sale to Shoreline Equity Partners, LLC.
BLM&H corporate and securities partner, W. Hunter Holliday, led the transaction team and worked closely with corporate and securities partner, Kevin Loechl, and associate, Jake Ware. BLM&H advised on all aspects of the transaction, including restructuring Core Roofing in preparation for the sale. BLM&H partnered with trusted advisers to advise Core Roofing on employment, benefits, real estate, tax, and environmental matters.
