ATLANTA, February 13, 2026 – Bird Loechl McCants & Holliday (BLM&H) represented Atlanta-based Dixie Membrane Roofing, LLC and its affiliates, Capital Metal Systems, L.L.C. and Dixie Roof Decks, LLC, on the sale of their business to Houston-based Chamberlin Roofing and Waterproofing.
BLM&H corporate and securities partner, W. Hunter Holliday, and senior associate, Quincy Jackson, led the firm’s transaction team, working closely with real estate partner, Lisa Rowling, and associate, Colton Francoeur, to advise the companies and their owners on all aspects of the transaction.
