ATLANTA, October 12, 2020 – Bird Loechl McCants & Holliday (BLM&H) has recruited corporate attorney Harrison B. Sullivan as an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice. Sullivan joins partners W. Hunter Holliday and Kevin J. Loechl in representing companies ranging from large, multinational corporations to closely-held startup companies in complex business transactions, debt and equity financings, private securities offerings, recapitalizations, corporate governance, data protection and complex contract negotiations.
At Seyfarth, Harrison practiced in the field of public finance where he regularly represented cities, counties, development authorities, real estate development companies, lenders and investment banks in a variety of public finance matters, including tax incentive financings, project finance transactions, public-private partnerships, tax increment financings, municipal bond financings and various property tax matters. He was a member of Seyfarth’s commercial finance, infrastructure and project finance, public-private partnerships, real estate and tax groups.
