ATLANTA, December 22, 2022 – Bird Loechl McCants & Holliday (BLM&H) represented Barcelona-based Eurofragance on the sale of its U.S. operations to OnScent.
BLM&H corporate and securities attorney, W. Hunter Holliday, led the firm’s deal team and advised Eurofragance on all aspects of the transaction. OnScent was advised by Jones Day and Deloitte.
With facilities and manufacturing partners in Spain, Mexico, Singapore, India, and China, Eurofragance is a global manufacturer of fragrances used in consumer products and other applications throughout the world. OnScent, a manufacturer of custom fragrances and natural cosmetic solutions based in Middlesex, N.J., was backed by The Riverside Company, a global private equity firm that in 2021 combined Premier Specialties, Inc., Intrarome Fragrance Corporation and Fragrance Solutions Corporation to form the OnScent brand.
