ATLANTA, May 20, 2026 – Bird Loechl McCants & Holliday (BLM&H) represented Veracity Benefits, LLC (now known as OneVeracity) on the acquisition of Anchor Benefit Consulting, LLC.
BLM&H corporate and securities partner, W. Hunter Holliday, led the firm’s transaction team, working closely with associates, Quincy Jackson and Colton Francoeur, to advise OneVeracity on all aspects of the transaction.
Based in Atlanta, OneVeracity is a fully integrated healthcare solutions partner for brokers, self-funded employers and members. OneVeracity provides fee-based services and programs to self-funded employee benefit plans throughout the United States to help employers and employees save money on medical and pharmacy spend. Based in Maitland, Florida, Anchor Benefit Consulting is a third party administrator that provides self-funded employers with claims support and other healthcare plan administration and compliance services.
