Lisa G. Rowling

For more than 36 years, real estate developers, managers, tenants, and individuals have relied on Lisa to guide them through a wide variety of complex commercial real estate transactions including acquisition, development, redevelopment, construction and permanent financing, negotiation of major tenant leases for both landlords and tenants, and disposition of property.  Clients value her ability to manage transactions, focus on pertinent issues and move transactions to closing and projects to completion.

Having practiced law for over three decades, Lisa has a deep skill set that allows her to advise and represent clients across a broad range of commercial real estate projects.  She enjoys building long-term relationships with her clients and representing and advising them from the acquisition of vacant land or a property primed for redevelopment through the development (or redevelopment) process and the eventual sale of the property to single or multiple buyers.

When she is away from work, Lisa enjoys spending time with family, walking, and reading.
