ATLANTA, April 3, 2024 – Bird Loechl McCants & Holliday (BLM&H) represented Care Solutions Incorporated and its shareholder on the sale of the company’s ProSolutions Training division to StraighterLine, Inc.
BLM&H corporate and securities partner, W. Hunter Holliday, led the firm’s Care Solutions deal team and worked closely with associates, Quincy Jackson and Colton Francoeur, to advise the company on all aspects of the transaction.
Founded in 1990 in Atlanta, Georgia, Care Solutions is a highly recognized national consulting firm providing customized, comprehensive, technology-based solutions to federal, state and local agencies. The company sold its ProSolutions Training division, which, since 2008, has been at the forefront of providing innovative and high-quality training for early care and education (ECE) professionals.
Atlanta-based Brookwood Associates, a leading investment bank for middle-market companies, acted as financial advisor to Care Solutions. Brookwood Associates’ transaction team was led by Managing Director, Robert Winborne, Director, Hampton Graham, and Analyst, Corey Hays.
