ATLANTA, July 15, 2024 – Bird Loechl McCants & Holliday (BLM&H) represented the founders of Mobile-based C&H Construction Services, LLC (C&H) on the sale of C&H to Fort Worth, Texas-based TRP Construction Group, LLC.
BLM&H corporate and securities partner, W. Hunter Holliday, led the firm’s C&H deal team and worked closely with associates, Quincy Jackson and Colton Francoeur, to advise C&H on all aspects of the transaction.
Founded in 2005, C&H is a leading provider of traffic safety solutions to public and private sector customers in Alabama and throughout the South. C&H’s services include designing, planning and implementing traffic safety solutions, renting and installing traffic control equipment, and installing and maintaining guardrail and cable barrier systems for highways, roadways and bridges.
Atlanta-based Brookwood Associates, a leading investment bank for middle-market companies, acted as financial advisor to C&H. Brookwood Associates’ transaction team was led by Managing Director, Robert Winborne, Director, Hampton Graham, and Analyst, Smith Wheeler.
Backed by Washington, D.C.-based Arlington Capital Partners, a private equity firm that has managed approximately $8 billion of committed capital, the TRP Infrastructure Services group of companies (of which TRP Construction Group is a part) provide safety-critical and highly regulated roadway marking and traffic control solutions primarily to state and local government end-customers.
